Wings of FILTA
Each wing will handle relative tasks under the supervision of a shareholder. Wings will have their independent flow to run the operation with the guidance of COO
Managing Director (MD) will lead and implement board strategy and ensure profitability, bridging the gap between executive vision and business execution by supporting other shareholders, optimizing processes, and driving revenue growth alongside with CEO.
Chief Executive Officer will be responsible to ensure the company's strategic direction, and long-term goals, while managing operations, resources, and culture, and serving as the main link between the board and the parent company to ensure profitability and growth of its subsidiaries.
Chief Operating Officer will manage FILTA's day-to-day internal operations together with all the wing leaders, implementing the CEO's vision and strategies, focusing on efficiency, productivity, and internal execution to ensure the business achieves its goals and maintains financial stability.
Subsidiary company can be formed within the organization or as shared business within the organization of FILTA.
FILTA provides professional services to each of the businesses under Return Investment. These services are billed through service-level agreements (SLAs), and revenue is generated by invoicing the subsidiaries.
Key Responsibilities:

- Handle all accounting, budgeting, reporting, and financial planning.
- Ensure financial transparency and compliance across all subsidiaries.
2. Intelligence
- Market research, performance monitoring, competitor analysis.
- Provide data-driven insights for strategic decision-making.
3. Legal
- Oversee contracts, regulatory compliance, legal disputes.
- Ensure legal protection and structure across all ventures.
4. Technology
- Develop and maintain IT systems, apps, websites, and automation.
- Enable digital transformation and efficiency in all businesses.
5. Administration
- Manage HR, procurement, internal policies, and day-to-day logistics.
- Ensure smooth and structured operations at all levels.
